Without knowing the process for this type of medical assessment, nor ever scheduling a procedure, and of course being a newbie to the prep, I can honestly say that this office made the entire experience painless. Everyone I met with from receptionist to the doctor were professional, welcoming and kind. Have already recommended this office to others and I myself will return in 10 years for round two.
I appreciate My time with Mark Spencer. He listens, and gives good advice in return. It is good to know that I can call on him whenever I need help with my situation.
My wife had complications but was well taken care of
I went for a new patient appt but it was actually a complete brush off. This office claims to specialize in crohns and for "reasons they cannot disclose" they cannot accept me as a patient. Also i was told they have no hospital privileges to take on a crohns patient who, according to Mark Spencer, is looking at "a lifetime a surgeries" and "needs medication" asap. Thanks for nothing.

If you want doctors who jump to conclusions without facts or / and ones that make up their own facts then this clinic is for you. The level of incompetence is criminal. I will be seeking services elsewhere. Where personal opinion doesn't circumvent medical facts already established. Talking down to patients is a very risky slippery slope leading to an investigation and a potential career dashed into dust you have brought upon yourselves. All to rampant in our community and is time these doctors are held accountable.
